We have been assisting couples plan and design their Nevada City, Grass Valley and Lake Tahoe Weddings for over 10 years! This December we will celebrate our 11th year in business. Our services begin with a venue site visit to begin designing your event and guest experiences. We work with you on every little detail and offer our professional insight along the way to insure you obtain the highest quality services and products. We assist you with your creative vision and collaborate with all your vendors to insure your wedding is cohesive and represents your aesthetic. We coordinate and schedule all of your vendor meetings, so you can have time the fun stuff. Services included in your The Whole Shabang! are Rental Management and Budget Management. Transportation Management is included and offers services from hiring to scheduling. Our Wicked Weather Backup Planning is included to insure were ready for any inclement weather. We also include a Design Board and detailed Floor Plan to assist your vendor team with your Event setup. For the busy couple with limited time, our consulting and vendor meetings can be combined into a full day or weekend of planning sessions.

Our Joyful Collection package includes Creative Direction, Planning & Management services to insure you have a Joyful Experience every step of the way! Our Month of Planning + package is perfect for the couple who is planning their own wedding but needs a seasoned professional’s advice and assistance during the planning as well as in pulling it all together.
Our services begin with a two hour consulting meeting and two monthly calls anytime prior to your wedding date.This is great for your “peace of mind” and to receive assistance on anything you need help or advice on. Your services will then pick up again approximately two months prior to your event date. We lead an extensive walk-through with you at your Ceremony & Reception venues. We will offer you advice on your set-up, last minute decor’ suggestions, day of timing and any family dynamics that you need assistance with. We contact each of your vendors to confirm their services and communicate your desired setup and sequence of events. With everyone’s information gathered we then begin creating your detailed Day of Wedding/Event Itinerary. Once approved by you, it is emailed directly to each of your vendors to insure your entire team is up to date on your planning decisions. On your wedding/event day, we manage and oversee every detail of your event to ensure that you, your family and friends can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
“Just The Essentials”
Our Day of Management package is perfect for the couple who are planning their own wedding but want a seasoned professional’s assistance in pulling it all together. Your services begin four weeks prior to your event date. We lead an extensive walk-through with you at your Ceremony & Reception venues. We will offer you advice on your set-up, day of timing and any family dynamics that you need assistance with. We contact each of your vendors to confirm their services and communicate your desired setup and sequence of events. With everyone’s information gathered we create your detailed Day of Wedding Itinerary. Once approved by you, it is emailed directly to each of your vendors to insure your entire team is up to date on your planning decisions. On your wedding day, we manage and oversee every detail of your event to ensure that you, your family and friends can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
